The staff was well experienced - I definitely want to stay in that area again. Got double room when arrived, liked that. The location to another pub was particularly good and ideal.

Gorgeous place with amicable staff, everything was perfect. We stayed in a functional double room with a personalised tray, single bed plus toiletries. The breakfast was delicious and scrumptious at 10.15am and good value. The location was great, not very far from a multi-purpose stadium.

The breakfast was delicious, had gorgeous meals. I had double room with windows overlooking the tower and exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was unbeatable and incredible, just off the Aviva Stadium and The RDS, a nice leafy suburb so pleasant to wall around, and surrounding areas.

Its location was ideal and peaceful to another event in the rds.

I changed to a room in the older part of the hotel which was far more spacious and comfortable than the “upgrade to a new executive” room that I was initially (and graciously) offered. The older room also had a nice bathtub in addition to a shower.

Amiable staff and appealing place. Very modern design of interiors in double room. Large, enjoyable breakfasts with hot food & continental and beautiful view and cereal. Great and lovely location near to the restaurant for food which was a buffet at 24.95 a head as well as a lovely market in Herbert Park in a beautiful area.

The double room is newly decorated and has a storage, a lounge area, and tea, coffee. The location is great and just off the restaurant for food which was a buffet at 24.95 a head, a nice leafy suburb so pleasant to wall around, and public transport. The place to order dinner within a close distance from the hotel is The Good Food Store.

Thank you for such a really good stay for a fantastic wedding. Top-class staff, delightful views of the hills, everything is modern. The continental breakfast has got a good selection, I do recommend it. The double room is stocked and brand-new. Absolutely perfect location as it's and so close to O'Connell Street as well as Dublin on business. There is Urban Health nearby for a cup of coffee.

Large and good hot breakfast with cereal and beautiful view of the water, it had so much choice. I found the hotel's location good, just next door to the ‘ Tower' which was very kind, Aviva Stadium and The RDS and the board gais theatre.

The breakfast is large and warm with many options, has fab food. It boasts magnificent, fantastic location very close to local buses and the Sandymount Dart station, and both south dublin.

Delicious breakfast with a wide range of choices. Had king room with tea and fresh water in bottles. Location - marvellous and beautiful, near the transport routes, the restaurant & bar in the lower floors and peaceful leafy Ballsbridge. Besides, easy access to a multi-purpose stadium.
